The Resource Justice 2030 Strategy sets out an ambitious vision for a just, equitable, and sustainable future. Its priorities include justice in the fossil fuel phase-out and renewable energy transition, equitable mineral governance within the planet’s natural limits, and safe, empowered communities and civil society.

As Coordinator of the Resource Justice Network in South Sudan, I look forward to strengthening partnerships among civil society organisations, sharing experience, and advancing transparency, accountability, and community participation in natural resource governance.

Resource justice is ultimately about people, equity, accountability, and a sustainable future for all.
